At Prestige Leather Couches, we understand that purchasing high-quality furniture is an important decision. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and risk-free as possible. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair returns and exchanges process designed to support you every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including all components and accessories. This ensures that products remain in resellable condition and helps us maintain the quality standards our customers expect.

Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for approval. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns initiated due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Prestige Leather Couches will cover all return shipping expenses.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team at sales@prestigeleathercouches.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide return authorization (RMA) instructions and guide you through the next steps. Please do not ship items back to our corporate headquarters; our team will provide you with the exact domestic fulfillment center address for your return shipment. For buyer’s remorse returns, the actual cost of return freight shipping will be deducted from the refund. Freight return costs vary depending on the product and delivery location and may be substantial for large furniture items.

Damaged or Defective Items
We strongly recommend inspecting freight deliveries upon arrival and notifying us within 48 hours of any damage to ensure a swift resolution with the carrier. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. For returns due to damage or error, the original shipping cost is fully refunded. For buyer's remorse returns, any original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return freight costs will be deducted.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is due to our error—such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or damage during transit—we take full responsibility, including all shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns, such as preference changes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges Process
If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll help coordinate the process to ensure a smooth transition. Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the cost of reshipping the replacement item unless the exchange is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
