Shipping Coverage Area
Prestige Leather Couches currently ships within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Our focus is to ensure reliable, consistent service across the regions we support.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, we verify order details, coordinate with our suppliers, and prepare your item for shipment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Larger items, such as leather couches, are handled with care and may require freight delivery scheduling.

We work with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and specialized freight carriers for larger furniture deliveries. For oversized items, freight delivery ensures safe handling and transport. In some cases, you may be contacted to schedule a delivery window that works best for you.

Important Freight Delivery Requirements Because leather couches are oversized items, they are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Please note the following requirements for a successful delivery:

  • Valid Phone Number Required: You must provide a valid phone number at checkout. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
  • Delivery Type: Our standard free shipping includes Curbside Delivery. The carrier will bring the shipment to the curb of your delivery address. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curb into your home.
  • Signature Required: An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the packaging and sign the delivery receipt.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier constraints, or unforeseen supply chain issues. If your order is affected, we will proactively notify you with updates and revised delivery expectations.
